MONFERRATO'S RED ONIONS STARTER
Ingredients (for six people):
1
fresh robiola cheese (in winter you’d better add some ricotta cheese)
1
chopped peeled raw capsicum
a
handful of basilicum (even with some parsley)
a
red onion
2
cloves of garlic
half a squeezed lemon
little black pepper
un
paprica not spicy
oil
of olive
Preparazione: frullare tutti gli aromi e le verdure e amalgamare
accuratamente con la robiola. Lasciare riposare al fresco per almeno una
giornata
