APPLE PANCAKES
Ingredients (for ten people):

kg. of apple
200
gr. of sugar
red
wine
3
eggs
2
spoons of stieved flour
milk
oil
a
small glass of rhum
Preparation: eliminate the core from the apples, peel them and cut them
into slices. Put them in a pot and pour thin sugar, a bit of red wine
and leave them together for 2 hours while mixing them sometimes.
Prepare a paste with the eggs, two spoons of flour, some thin sugar and
little by little add half a glass of milk and the rhum while keeping on
mixing everything. Pour there the dry apple slices and fry in boiling
oil. When they are fried, drain, put thin sugar on and serve hot.
