PANADA
Ingredients (for six people):
11,5 dI of broth or water
2
spoons of oil of olive
2
garlic cloves
300
gr. of dry bread

egg

gr of grated parmesan
parsley, salt
Preparation: put in a pot 1,5 liter of water, salt, 2 spoons of oil and
a couple of garlic cloves.
After boiling the water until the garlic gets soft, take it off and add
300 gr. of morsels of dry bread. Boil for 10 minutes. In a bowl, beat an
egg, add grated parmesan (some add also a mix of garlic and parsley).
Pour the content of the bowl in the pot while mixing strongly.
