JACKET EGGS, DWARF MARROWS AND PRINKLED STEAKS
Ingredients (for six people):

eggs

gr. of dwarf marrows cut long
6
beefsteaks dipped in bread crumbs
For
prinkling:
1
onion
sage

garlic cloves
1
glass of vinegar
1/4
liter of white wine
Preparation: boil water with vinegar and salt, pour the eggs in; keep on
boiling and then take the eggs off. Put in a pot. Prepare the dwarf
marrows by frying them with the tastes and keeping on another pot. Do
the same with the steaks dipped in bread crumbs.
Meanwhile fry the onion, the minced sage and the garlic; add the vinegar,
evaporate it, then the white wine until it is consumed a bit. Complete
the dish by salting and pouring the prinkling in the pot containing the
eggs, the dwarf marrows and the steaks. Keep fresh for one day or two.
Serve cool.
