MONFERRATO'S CAPSICUM
Ingredients (for four people):
600
gr. of capsicum
8
anchovy fillets
garlic, oil of olive, pepper
Preparation: put the capsicum on lively fire or in the oven and scald
them so as to peel them easily. Slice them after peeling them and taking
off seeds and stalk.
In
a little pot, with four spoons of oil, dry 4 garlic cloves and add the
anchovies. Mix with a spoon of wood until they are melted and take the
pot off the fire. Pour the sauce on the capsicum and serve either hot or
cold.
